In 2024, B.Grimm Power, in collaboration with CBS Academy, Chulalongkorn University, launched the B.Grimm Business Accelerator (BBA) Programme to enhance the capabilities of employees with 1-5 years of service at B.Grimm Power. The programme is designed to equip the next generation employees with the skills and knowledge in business management and leadership development necessary to drive the organisation forward, covering 7 key areas:

Business Mindset for Strategic Leaders – Cultivating strategic leadership thinking

Strategic Planning and Execution – Developing and implementing business strategies.

Negotiations Expert – Enhancing negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Leadership Growth Mindset – Strengthening leadership adaptability and change readiness.

Customer Centric Mindset – Understanding and responding to customer needs.

Strategic Storytelling & Presentation – Mastering impactful storytelling and presentation techniques.

Partnership Management – Building and managing business collaborations.

Participating employees also have the opportunity to visit leading innovation-driven companies to explore the application of technology and Agile methodologies in business operations. The programme fosters cross-functional collaboration, encouraging employees to work in teams and develop new ideas to enhance organisational processes. Throughout the course, each team present progress updates to CBS Academy’s professors, receiving expert feedback to refine and implement their ideas. Notable examples include a data dashboard to enhance data management efficiency and the Waste-to-Wealth Model, which creates value from B.Grimm Power’s operational waste. As part of the programme, each group presents its refined strategic idea to senior executives and CBS Academy’s professors, who provide in-depth feedback on strategic thinking and business problem-solving approaches. This experience broadens perspectives while strengthening employees' analytical thinking, business presentation skills, and cross-functional collaboration, all of which are essential for future leaders.

More than just a training initiative, the B.Grimm Business Accelerator Programme serves as a platform for developing the next generation of leaders, equipping them with the capabilities to drive B.Grimm Power’s sustainable growth in an evolving business landscape.
