B.Grimm Business Accelerator Programme


Building on the success achieved in 2024 through our partnership with the CBS Academy, Chulalongkorn University, B.Grimm Power remains committed to continuing the B.Grimm Business Accelerator Programme (BBA) in 2025. This initiative aims to enhance the potential of young employees with 1–5 years of service, preparing them to drive the organisation into the future through a learning process designed to develop well-rounded business capabilities. The curriculum encompasses 6 pillars covering every dimension of business management and leadership
• Business Mindset for Strategic Leaders – Cultivating strategic leadership thinking
• Strategic Planning and Execution – Developing and implementing business strategies.
• Negotiations Expert – Enhancing negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Customer Centric Mindset – Understanding and responding to customer needs.
• Strategic Storytelling & Presentation – Mastering impactful storytelling and presentation techniques.
• Partnership Management – Building and managing business collaborations.
Participants also have the opportunity to engage in study visits with leading innovative companies to learn about the application of technology and Agile concepts within an organisation. Furthermore, the programme promotes cross-functional collaboration by having participants work in teams to develop new ideas for organisational improvement, presenting their progress to faculty members for guidance to ensure these concepts are translated into reality. Examples of developed projects in 2025 include the utilisation of AI for customer care and creating synergy between B.Grimm Power and B.Grimm Technology to generate added value for industrial customers within industrial estates. Finally, participants present their concepts to B.Grimm managements and CBS Academy professors, who serve as judges providing in-depth feedback to sharpen strategic thinking and business problem-solving. These presentations not only offer diverse perspectives but also strengthen analytical thinking, business presentation skills, and cross-functional collaboration—all of which are essential qualities for future leaders. This project is not merely a skill development platform; it is a nursery for a new generation of leaders ready to drive B.Grimm Power towards sustainable growth and adapt to an ever-changing business landscape

1Since 2024, a total of 65 employees have participated in the programme (30 in 2024). This encompasses 10 organisational development projects focused on People & Organisational Management, Business Management, Business Engineering, Social & Community Development, Digital Transformation, AI Integration, and Customer Experience.
