Application and Participation Requirements
Register through the B.Grimm Power website
- B.Grimm Power reserves the right to allow activity participation only to debenture holders who is an individual, a group of persons, an ordinary partnership, or a private fund in which the asset owner is a natural person who is not an institutional investor, holding at least 100 debenture units. B.Grimm Power reserves the right to revoke the entitlement if it is later found that your investment information does not meet the specified conditions.
- B.Grimm Power reserves the right to cancel or amend the details of activities as deemed appropriate, depending on circumstances. In the event of any changes, B.Grimm Power will notify debenture holders who are entitled to participate in the activities.
- B.Grimm Power reserves the right, for certain activities, to limit participation to one time per year per debenture holder, in order to ensure fair opportunities for other interested debenture holders to join.
- If the number of participants exceeds the available slots, B.Grimm Power will select participants through a random draw from among those who have registered properly and meet the specified conditions. The decision of B.Grimm Power shall be final.
- Debenture holders who are granted participation rights in B.Grimm Debenture Club activities will be informed through the channels specified in the registration for each activity. If B.Grimm Power is unable to reach the participant at least 14 days prior to the event, the right may be offered to the next eligible participant.
- All B.Grimm Debenture Club activities are reserved for debenture holders to attend in person and may not be transferred to others, except for activities that allow accompanying person or designated participant.
- Participants who have been granted the right to join an activity may cancel their participation no less than 14 days in advance in order to retain eligibility for future activities.
- Participation rights cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Applicants are requested to carefully review the details, conditions, and any associated costs (if applicable) of each activity before registering.
