INSEE B.Grimm Solar, a joint venture between Siam City Cement and B.Grimm Power, started to build the first phase of solar panels at the Siam City Cement factory in Saraburi Province. This project will have a maximum capacity of 83.79 megawatts and aims to reduce carbon emissions by 54,000 tons per year. At the groundbreaking ceremony, executives from both companies attended to mark the beginning of construction. The project is expected to be completed by April 2025 and will start generating electricity for the factory by September 2025.
