B.Grimm Power announced a new investment in the Middle East, investing $3.39 million to acquire a 40% shareholding in ThreeEightSix, the UAE’s independent power producer focused on solar assets throughout the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. The investment aims to meet the growing demand for renewable energy within the region and align with our commitment to achieve a net-zero carbon emissions target by 2050. Recently, ThreeEightSix" has solar rooftop assets and solar energy sale agreements in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain. The projects include five operating projects and another ten projects in development and construction stages, targeting for commercial operation (COD) during 2024 - 2025.
