B.Grimm Power and AMATA Corporation are moving forward with a 42.5 MWp floating solar power project at Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate, developed through Amata B.Grimm Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. — a joint venture between Amata U Co., Ltd. and B.Grimm Power Smart Solution Co., Ltd.

With an investment of approximately THB 1.2 billion, the project will be installed on reservoir space within the industrial estate, requiring no additional land. Once operational, it is expected to help meet the renewable energy needs of investors in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 29,300 tonnes of CO2 equivalent annually.

The project reflects the shared commitment of both companies: Mr. Satha Vanlabhpatana, Chairman of Amata B.Grimm Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. and Chief Strategy Officer of Amata Corporation; Mr. Saroch Arunpairojkul, Executive Vice President – Industrial Customer Relations and Operation Management, B.Grimm Power; and Mr. Chawalit Tippawanich, Chief Executive Officer of Amata U Co., Ltd.

This collaboration supports B.Grimm Power's GreenLeap – Global and Green strategy and its goal of net-zero emissions by 2050, as both companies continue building toward a cleaner, more sustainable industrial future together.
