The Association of Private Power Producers, led by Mr. Nopadej Karnasuta, President of the Association, together with the executive committee, discussed with Mr. Varawut Silpa-archa, Minister of Industry, to exchange perspectives on energy security and the development of Thailand’s energy industry.

Key topics included the concept of a “Liberalised Electricity Market,” support for Private Grid and Microgrid systems to enhance energy management efficiency in the industrial sector, and ways to speed up licensing processes in line with industrial investment. The meeting helped strengthen collaboration between the public and private sectors in supporting Thailand’s sustainable energy development.
