In Malaysia, B.Grimm Power is expanding its clean energy investment through reNIKOLA, one of Malaysia’s leading renewable energy producers in which B.Grimm Power holds a 45% stake. Recently, reNIKOLA secured the rights to develop a total of 618 MWp solar power projects under the Large Scale Solar 5+ (LSS 5+) programme, a key initiative under Malaysia’s National Energy Transition Roadmap. The projects comprise 2 sites with capacities of 386 MWp and 232 MWp, located in Kemaman, Terengganu, with a combined investment value of over MYR 1.3 billion. Both projects are scheduled to start Commercial Operation Date (COD) in November 2027.

In addition, B.Grimm Power and reNIKOLA have jointly established the “Elephant Conservation Foundation” to promotes ecological balance and serves as a model for developing renewable energy projects in harmony with nature, following the vision of “Empowering the World Compassionately.”
