Dr. Harald Link, Chairman of B.Grimm Power PCL, Mr. To Dung, Chairman of Xuan Cau, and Mr. Dao Trong Khanh, CEO of Xuan Cau, signed the Development Cooperation Agreement for the 420 MW facility in Tay Ninh, south-west of Vietnam. The event was witnessed by Thai Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-ocha and Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc. The project will be ready for COD (Commercial Operation Date) in June 2019.
