Dr. Sonchai Siphandon, Deputy Prime Minister of Lao PDR., presided over The Grand Opening of Xenamnoy 2 and Xekatam 1 Hydropower Plant, the first hydropower plant of B.Grimm Power PCL at Champasack province together with Dr. Khammany Inthirath, Minister of Energy and Mines, Dr. Suphan Kaewmeechai, Minister of Planning and Investment, Dr. Assapangthong Sephandon, Deputy Minister of Finance, Mr. Bounoum Sivanpheng, Managing Director of Electric Du Laos (EDL), Mr. Harald Link, Chairman of B.Grimm, and also government officials and honorary guests from Laos and Thailand joined the ceremony.
