B.Grimm Power received an Outstanding M&A Deal award from Vietnam M&A Forum 2022 for the successful demerger deal of the 420 megawatts Dau Tieng Tay Ninh Solar Power project, which is the first-ever demerger of a solar power complex that was already in commercial operation in Vietnam. This event was held by Vietnam Investment Review (VIR).
