Business Development Sharing Program

In 2023, B.Grimm Power implemented the Business Development Sharing Program, which aims to provide younger employees (with 1-5 years' experience) with entrepreneurial skills and drive the company's business forward. The program involves learning practical skills from experienced individuals in relevant areas such as negotiation skills, deal making, partnership building and compassionate business practises. This initiative not only enables the younger employees to improve their skills to advance their careers, but also enables them to create additional value to the company by developing various projects. This is in line with one of B.Grimm Power's business strategies, which focuses on developing and expanding into new business areas to meet the changing needs of customers. It also emphasises the development of business collaborations with strong partners both domestically and internationally.
