In 2023, B.Grimm Power implemented the Business Development Sharing Program, which aims to provide younger employees (with 1-5 years' experience) with entrepreneurial skills and drive the company's business forward. The program involves learning practical skills from experienced individuals in relevant areas such as negotiation skills, deal making, partnership building and compassionate business practises. This initiative not only enables the younger employees to improve their skills to advance their careers, but also enables them to create additional value to the company by developing various projects.
