Inventory Management Supervisor – Manager (LNG Business)

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing all contracts related to LNG & Gas & future new fuels business (SPA, MSPA, TUA, ISA, CISA, TSOCC, GSA, PGSA, etc.)
  • Communicating & negotiating for operational matters with all related parties (customers, LNG terminal operator, gas pipeline operator, sellers, ship operator, ship agent, surveyor, shippers, government authorities, etc.)
  • Reviewing and negotiating all contracts related to LNG & Gas business.
  • Handling all LNG cargo operations such as Ship Shore Compatibility Study(SSCS) with LNG terminal operators & LNG suppliers, etc.
  • Negotiating with LNG suppliers, LNG terminal operator, clients, for making the LNG annual Delivery Program (ADP) & LNG/Gas Annual Send-Out-Plan (ASP)
  • Calculating & inspecting the LNG/Gas quantity & quality of LNG/Gas delivered (import& export & send out) following the contracts and international standards
  • LNG & Gas inventory management
  • Customer clearance for LNG/Gas import & export
  • Handling & planning monthly/weekly/daily gas nomination with all related parties (LNG terminal operator, gas pipeline operator, customers, etc.)
  • Calculating monthly LNG/Gas contract price
  • Inputting & checking the LNG stock and all accounting data in the Oracle software
  • Making and sharing the LNG/Gas import & export & send-out report to the government and all related parties (ERC, DOEB, EPPO, DMF, Customs, Excise, customers, etc.)
  • Taking care of emergency incidents
  • Supporting business strategy planning and other related jobs (focusing on operational & technical matters) to achieve the company's objectives such as regional LNG hub project, new LNG storage tank project in LMPT-1, overseas & domestic LNG to Power projects.
  • To be responsible for managing operational risks & technical issues.
  • To be able to work 24/7 (standby) as there might be unexpected operational issues anytime.
Qualification
  • Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical)
  • Fluent in Thai & English communication skills
  • Very good in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Very good in Mathematics, Thermodynamics, Chemistry and Physics
  • Strong analytical & logical abilities
  • Highly responsible, good initiative, proactive, able to coordinate and motivate people and to work as part of a team under pressure.
