B.Grimm Power has been expanding the renewable energy portfolio in Europe and recently acquired a 100% share in RES Company Sicilia S.r.l, an Italian renewable energy developer. The company is now conducting a feasibility study on a solar power project with an electricity generation capacity of 100-200 megawatts as well as searching for new business opportunities in Spain, Greece, and Poland.
