B.Grimm Pioneering Runway

Since 2022, B.Grimm Pioneering Runway program has focused on developing skills in new business practices, business model design, solution delivery, and innovative visionary leadership development that will lead the organisation to sustainable growth in a changing environment. The program is well-designed by Global Innovation Catalyst (GIC) to increase B.Grimm’s growth and to align with our strategy, which focuses on developing and expanding the business towards highly efficient and sustainable renewable energy. The opportunities have been open for all employees to participate in the project based on their potential, attitude and development opportunities. Each year, the Business Development Sharing Program is divided into 10 project groups that focus on innovation opportunities and/or new business ventures that offer real opportunities for business growth.

In 2023, B.Grimm Power continued the program for the second consecutive year. 30 individuals were selected to participate in the program, including 15 B.Grimm Power employees and 15 individuals from various organisations, including B.Grimm Group entities, business partners and Thailand university students. Since the program was launched in 2022, a total of over 80 people have taken part, 50 of which was from B.Grimm Power.
